Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Products may contain descriptions that are provided by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such products. We do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete or current.
We will make best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, reclamation should be made directly to the post office of your country to request for more information concerning the delivery.
Standard Shipping using Registered Airmail is insured up to 6,000 JPY / 60 USD.
Express Shipping using EMS (Express Mail Service) is insured up to its full purchase price. We strongly recommend that you select Express Shipping when placing an order over $60.
Delivery / Tracking
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. This will contain a link to follow the shipping status for you order.
You are responsible for tracking your package using the information we send you in the shipping confirmation email. In case your package is returned to us after the package's retention period expired at your local post office, we have to charge you again for shipping to resend your package. Also we do not refund the shipping fee for the first shipment.
A 20% restocking fee of the total purchase will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. Any refused items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Out of Stock
In case the item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of an estimated delivery time.
In case the item you ordered is no longer available for such reasons as discontinued, we will notify you by email and you can choose the other almost same price item or refund.
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out to you as soon as it becomes available. You can find release date/shipping date on the product detail page. Please note that your order will ship when ALL the items you have purchased are in stock. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items and you would like to have the in-stock items shipped first, please make two separate purchases. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days.
Order Cancellation/Change to Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your Everglow Cometics order. Since we start processing order as soon as it is placed, any and all cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to cancel an order, you must contact Everglow Cosmetics by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We offer Paypal payment system so we cannot see your credit card number. We never disclose personal information to any third party without your consent.
