To target dullness and support skin elasticity, it blends anti-aging botanicals such as Hydrolyzed Rice Leaf, Burdock Root, and Hydrolyzed Silk. HOW TO USE

- Dispense approximately three pumps of the cleansing water onto a cotton pad.
- Gently sweep the pad across the face to wipe away makeup and surface impurities. Repeat with fresh cotton pads until they come away clean.
- For stubborn eye or lip makeup, press the saturated cotton pad gently against the area for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup before wiping it away.
