We introduced local currency checkout earlier this month; however, based on customer feedback and concerns over exchange rates, we have decided to discontinue this option.

Prices on our website will continue to be displayed in your local currency for reference based on your location, but all transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
The final amount charged may vary depending on your credit card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

Please note that the displayed local currency amount is for reference only, and may differ from the actual charged amount.

PAYMENT

Everglow Cosmetics is a Japan based company and all payments will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and your card company will bill you in your local currency.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. The final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal. When paying via PayPal you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment.

If you pay using PayPal eCheck, your order will not be processed and shipped until the eCheck payment clears. It usually takes 5-8 business days.
