Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed, however, we are able to cancel the order, prior to it being shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible after making the order. Any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, they are all authentic. We source all our products directly from department stores or drag stores in Tokyo, Japan. We do not keep large inventory to ensure freshness of products.

Where can I find ingredient list for this product?

As most Japanese cosmetics do not label the ingredients in English, we're trying to translate and add the complete ingredient list for all products on each product pages. If you require the list of ingredients or would like to ask if the product contains a specific ingredient (e.g Alcohol), please feel free to contact us. We will usually respond within 24 hours.

I can't find the expiration date of the product I purchased. When does it expire?

Most Japanese cosmetics do not have the expiration date printed. They are unnecessary since all of them are approved by Japan's Pharmaceutical Affairs Law that unopened products can be remain stable for 3 years. Once opened, consume within 3 months for mascara / liquid eyeliners, 6 months for skin care products / foundations / lip makeup / sunscreen, 1 year for eyeshadows / pencil eyeliners / blushes. Please store them avoiding direct sunlight.

We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, and United Arab Emirates. When will I receive my order?
