How do I place an order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed, however, we are able to cancel the order, prior to it being shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible after making the order. Any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost to ship to my country?
We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, and United Arab Emirates. Just add the item(s) you'd like to purchase in your cart, and continue to checkout. You will be asked to input details about your location to estimate the shipping cost. When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed. For DHL Express shipping, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 days after being shipped out. For more details, visit Shipping & Returns.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information 1-3 business days after you place your order. If the email hasn't hit your inbox by then, check your spam or add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list to prevent the notification from going into your spam folder. Once you have your tracking number, log into your account to follow your package. As soon as any shipment leaves our warehouse, we are subject to the same tracking information provided to our customers. If you have any questions regarding your package's whereabouts, it’s best to contact the shipping courier directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sale tax for orders shipping to Australia to comply with local tax laws. We are located in Japan and are registered non-resident business in Australia, so 10% GST will be charged on items and shipping fee on orders destined to Australia.
