Are your products authentic?
All of our products are 100% authentic. At Everglow Cosmetics, we only stock genuine and authentic items that were bought directly from the brands we offer.
When will an item be back in stock?
We cannot answer exactly when or if an item will be back in stock, unfortunately. If the item is out of stock you can click on the "notify me when available" button and you will receive an email/SMS as soon as the item is back in stock again.
How to place an order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed, however, we are able to cancel the order, prior to it being shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible after placing the order. Any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can I add more products to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we can't add additional product/s to your order once it's been placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Australia: We are registered non-resident business for Australia and 10% GST will be charged on items and shipping fee on orders destined to Australia.
Orders placed through the Shop app: Shop charges Sales Tax on any order placed through the app.
When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?
Delivery times will depend on the destination; see our Shipping Policy page for more information.
You will be able to track your orders online with the tracking number we send in the shipping notification email. You will also receive updates when your order is on its way.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO box addresses.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart subtotal is equal or greater than ¥40000 for most countries, or ¥45000 for USA and Canada orders.
We don't offer free shipping to: Ireland, UAE, and Puerto Rico.
Why does it say my address is not available for shipping?
We are unable to ship to postcodes/zipcodes that are classified as a remote area by our shipping courier.
Can I return or exchange?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (info@everglowcosmetics.com) within 5 days from the date that you received the product. We will isuue a refund for incorrect, damaged and defective item.
