All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via DHL Express.
Please review the shipping rates, customs information, and order policies below before placing your order.

Important Notice for U.S. Orders

As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties and tariffs.

• Duties and tariffs are calculated by U.S. Customs based on the purchase value converted to USD. Japanese-origin cosmetics are typically charged approximately 10-15%.
• DHL also charges a processing fee, with a minimum of $17 or 2% of the total value, whichever is higher.
• All customs duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Payment is made directly to DHL after shipment and before delivery.
• If the amount charged appears incorrect, please contact DHL U.S. directly for verification.

Refusal Policy: If duties are refused, the package will be destroyed locally and no refund will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Order processing: Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact info@everglowcosmetics.com.

Tracking information: All orders are fully trackable online via DHL Express. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. For delivery updates after shipment, please contact DHL directly.

Customs & additional fees: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. Any additional fees resulting from customer-requested changes after dispatch (such as shipping address correction etc.) are to be covered by the customer.

Full legal name required: Please enter your full legal name (exactly as shown on your government-issued ID) at checkout. Initials or incomplete names may result in customs inspections, delivery delays, or ID/passport checks by the courier. Orders without the recipient’s full legal name may be cancelled. Any loss resulting from exchange-rate fluctuations or bank fees will not be reimbursed.

Remote areas: We do not ship to addresses classified as a DHL Remote Area. Orders shipping to these locations will be cancelled and refunded. Please check whether your ZIP/postal code is classified as a DHL Remote Area before placing your order.

*Please note that this delivery time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delivery delays to customs holds and inspections or delays due to conditions beyond our control.
*We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
*Customs duty, tax, fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.

 

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

All import taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the purchases made.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return & exchange policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (e.g. wrong item/shade selected, changed your mind, unhappy with the product).

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@everglowcosmetics.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and, where necessary, submit a claim to the carrier.

Undeliverable or refused packages: Packages that are undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused—including due to an incomplete or incorrect address, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period—are subject to a processing fee of ¥10,000 or 50% of the order subtotal, whichever is higher.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any remaining refund will be processed only after the products have been returned to us.

Reshipping: If you would like a returned package to be reshipped, you are responsible for the new shipping cost and a ¥2,000 handling fee, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Refunds: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any loss resulting from exchange-rate fluctuations or bank charges will not be reimbursed.

 

CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your Everglow Cosmetics order. Since we start processing order as soon as it is placed, any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% cancelling fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable.

We are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

If you choose to cancel an order, you must contact Everglow Cosmetics immediately by e-mail at info@everglowcosmetics.com. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
