Shipping & Returns

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan using Japan Post and your local postal carrier will deliver your package.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over ¥17000 and FREE Express Shipping on orders over ¥30000.

STANDARD SHIPPING - ¥900 flat rate (Free for orders over ¥17000)
Estimated delivery time is 6 to 21 business days, depending on the country.
Standard Shipping is NOT trackable in Austria, Greece, Macao and Iceland.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (EMS) - ¥1900 flat rate (Free for orders over ¥30000)
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on the country. Fully trackable.

*Please note that this delivery time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delivery delays to customs holds and inspections or delays due to conditions beyond our control.
**Standard Shipping is unavailable for Australian orders.
***We do not ship to Canada, Germany and Italy.



DELIVERY / RETURNED SHIPMENTS
You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. This will contain a link to follow the shipping status for you order.
You are responsible for tracking your package using the information we send you in the shipping confirmation email. If your package is returned to us after the package's retention period expired at your local delivery carrier, you need to pay for a full shipping fee even if an order was eligible for free shipping. Also we do not refund the original shipping fee.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

A 20% restocking fee of the total purchase will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. Any refused items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Everglow Cosmetics. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.​

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. This will contain a link to follow the shipping status for you order.

It is your responsibility to keep track of the package with the tracking number number provided after the item has shipped since you will need to schedule a re-delivery or pick up after the first missed delivery attempt. This includes customs process. Please be advised that any packages returned back to our facilities (eg. incorrect shipping address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed package, etc.) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.​

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing.


RETURNS
Only defective products are eligible for return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade etc.) If you received wrong item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (info@everglowcosmetics.com) within 5 days from the date that you received the product. We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error.

Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the selling price.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed. 


CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your Everglow Cosmetics order. Since we start processing order as soon as it is placed, any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable.

We are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

If you choose to cancel an order, you must contact Everglow Cosmetics immediately by e-mail at info@everglowcosmetics.com. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
