  2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the products, use of the products, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Product and Price

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Products may contain descriptions that are provided by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such products. We do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete or current.
All products are brand new. Packages of makeup products and makeup goods (tools) may be once opened by salesperson to make sure the products are not broken. Skin care products and foods are never opened.

All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and all transactions will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The exchange rate is determined by your credit/debit card company. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any differences in refund amounts based on exchange rate fluctuations or exchange fees charged by your card provider.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 


We will make best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, reclamation should be made directly to the post office of your country to request for more information concerning the delivery.

Our delivery time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delivery delays to customs holds and inspections or delays due to conditions beyond our control.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the purchases made.

Delivery / Tracking / Returned Shipments

All customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once an order has been processed. If you haven't received a confirmation email or the tracking link doesn't work, please email customer service at It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the progress of their package in transit.

Any packages returned back to our facility (eg. incorrect shipping address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed package, etc.) are subject to a 10% fee as those items are required to be destroyed, for safety purposes. If you wish us to resend your order, we have to charge you an additional shipping fee and a handling fee of ¥500, even if the order was eligible for free shipping. Also we do not refund the original shipping fee.

A 10% restocking fee of the total purchase will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. Any refused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee as well. We do not refund the original shipping fee for returned packages. Refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Everglow Cosmetics.

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact our customer support within five days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

Out of Stock

In case the item is out of stock or the item you ordered is no longer available for such reasons as discontinued, we will notify you by email and issue a refund immediately. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges will not be reimbursed. 


Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out to you as soon as it becomes available. You can find release date/shipping date on the product detail page. Please note that your order will ship when ALL the items you have purchased are in stock. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items and you would like to have the in-stock items shipped first, please make two separate purchases. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days.

Order Cancellation/Change to Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your Everglow Cometics order. Since we start processing order as soon as it is placed, any and all cancelled orders/items are subject to a 10% restocking/handling fee. Redeemed points/discount codes are non-refundable.

We are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

If you choose to cancel an order, you must contact Everglow Cosmetics by e-mail at with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and security are important to us, and we appreciate the trust you place in us when you shop with us. 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

We use Omnisend as our email and marketing automation platform and your data will be transferred to the platform for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
