How to Use
- Use daily, in the morning and evening, as the final step of your skincare routine.
- Using the ball tip, apply to the root of the upper or lower eyelashes as though applying eyeliner.
- Using the brush, comb through lashes from root to tip.
- Can be used over eyelids.
