HOW TO USE

- Shake the bottle well to combine the two phases uniformly, then saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount.
- Gently press the pad onto your eyes or lips and hold for a few seconds to let the makeup dissolve. Swipe away smoothly without harsh rubbing. Follow with your regular makeup remover and facial wash.
